ان ما تفعله اسرائيل فى حق الشعب الفلسطيني من مزابح هو انتهاك للانسانية ولحقوق الانسان و الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والذى يعطيهم الحقوق المدنية والسياسية.
و الحقوق الاجتماعية، كحقِّ العيش في مسكنٍ مناسب.
و الحقوق الثقافية. والحقوق الاقتصادية؛ كحقِّ الحصول على الضمان الاجتماعي، وغيرها من الحقوق المختلفة.
كما انه انتهاك لاتّفاقية حقوق الطفل وُالتى و ضِعت في عام 1989م بقرارٍ من الجمعيّة العامّة، وتمَّ تنفيذها في عام 1990م،

نوفمبر 1956: استشهاد 111 شخص جراء مذبحة رفح
أبريل 1970: استهداف الأطفال فى مدرسة بحر البقر بالشرقية وأسفر عن استشهاد 30 تلميذا
أكتوبر 1990: مذبحة الأقصى الأولى وتسفر عن مقتل 21 وإصابة 150
أبريل 1996: استهداف سيارة إسعاف مدنية في جنوب لبنان يسفر عن مقتل امرأتين و4 أطفال
سبتمبر 1996: مذبحة الأقصى الثانية وأسفرت عن مقتل 51 فلسطينيًا وإصابة 300
سبتمبر 2000: مذبحة الأقصى الثالثة وقتل فيها مئات الفلسطينيين المدنيين العزل وأبرزهم الطفل محمد الدرة
أبريل 1996: مجزرة قانا الأولى وأسفرت عن مقتل 106 من المدنيين
يوليو 2006: مجزرة قانا واستشهد خلالها 55 شخصا معظمهم من الأطفال
يوليو 2014: مجزرة عائلة البطش وأسفرت عن مقتل 18 مدنيا فلسطينيا.
