في الحقيقة كنا قد اشارنا من قبل المطالبة بتعديل قانون الاجراءات الجنائية ومعاقبة مجرمي النفس والقصاص العادل اليوم الجريمة البشعة وفي عز الضهر وامام اعين الماره طالب يقتل طالبه بابشع الطرق يذبحها بكره محامي القاتل يبني دفوعه علي انه ارتكب جريمته دون وعي وانه يعاني من مرض نفسي او يبني دفوعه علي انه كان تحت تأثير مخدر بكل امانة هناك جرائم كثيرة خرج القاتل من التهم بوسائل شيطانية السؤال هل هذا عدل فيجب ان يعدم الطالب مكان فعل جريمته ياساده جرائم القتل تزداد يوما بعد الاخر دون رادع فعلي نواب البرلمان سن قانون يقتص من القاتل عزيزي القارئ اليك التفاصيل
وقائع قتل وذبح بشعة انتشرت وبصورة كبيرة داخل المجتمع المصرى فلا يمر يوماً إلا ونجد واقعة قتل فى أكثر من محافظة من محافظات مصر ، الغريب فى الأمر ان وقائع القتل هذه قد تكون بدون خلافات او أسباب حقيقية والأغرب هو ان جريمة القتل تتم بطريقة بشعة وغريبة عن المجتمع المصرى
حيث شهدت المدينة جريمة بشعة، بطلها طالب بكلية الآداب جامعة المنصورة، حيث قام الطالب بذبح زميلته وانهال عليها بطعنات نافذة أمام أعين الطلبة والمارة أمام بوابة توشكى بجامعة المنصورة.
تلقى مدير أمن الدقهلية، إخطاراً من مدير المباحث الجنائية بقيام طالب يذبح طالبة وطعنها عدة طعنات، وعلى الفور انتقل ضباط المباحث الجنائية وضباط قسم شرطة أول المنصورة، إلى محل الواقعة وتبين أن الطالب يدعى محمد عادل اسماعيل والطالبة تدعى نيره اشرف من محافظة الغربية ويدرسان بكلية الآداب بالفرقة الثالثة جامعة المنصورة.
وبسؤال شهود عيان حول الواقعة قالو انهم فوجئوا بطالب ينهال بالضرب بسكين على طالبة ويسدد لها طعنات نافذة وعندما حاول أحد المارة التصدى له حاول الإعتداء عليه أيضا وقام بطعن المجنى عليها بمنطقة الرقبة، إلى أن تمكن الأهالى من القبض عليه وتسليمه للشرطة بعد ضربه حتى سقط مغشيا عليه وتم نقله بالاسعاف وجار تحرير المحضر اللازم بالواقعة، والعرض على النيابة العامة.في النهاية لو كان الحكم بأيدك فماذا تحكم اعدام ..مؤبد..
