من العادات السيئة اننا لا نعترف بالخطأ مع ان من الفضيلة عندما نخطأ نعترف بخطأنا ونتعهد الا نعود له ومن عاداتنا اننا نتمسح في الناجحين حتي ننسب النجاح لانفسنا نعم القياده لها دور في النجاح اذا كانت فعلا لديها صفة القياده ولكن مايحدث للاسف الشديد هناك لصوص للنجاح ياساده انها قدرات فعلا قدرات مش عيب ان الواحد فينا يتعلم والاجمل ان يعدل من سلوكه ويتجنب السلبيات ويقوي الايجابيات الامر ببساطه ان نعطي الحق لاصحابه ليس من المعقول ان يسطو اللص الفاشل علي نجاح الاخرين علي اي حال تلك هي القضية التي نناقشها من خلال كلمات ربما نحتاج لمقالات عديده ولكن نذكركم اننا نقطه من اول السطر ليست السطر كله ومش هنجيب من الاخر لاننا ببساطه نشير لظاهرة عامة نجدها في مؤسسات عديدة وهي اسناد النجاح لغير اهله واصحاب النجاح الحقيقين مجرد ادوا عملهم والانجاز لاصحاب الكراسي والمناصب نحن لانشير الي احد بعينه ولكن نشير الي ظاهره موجوده وربما تفشت الان بصوره فاجه وغير مقنعة نعم نؤمن ان اسناد النجاح لغير اهلة يصدر للناجحين احباط فلدينا امل في عودة ضمائرنا الحية وعوده ضمائرنا التي لاتسمح بالسطو علي انجازات ونجاحات الاخرين علي اي حال اضحك خلي الصوره تطلع حلوه اصل الحكاية كلها بقت صور وكام تعليق وبعدين تصدق انك فعلا ترعة المفهومية وابو زيد الهلالي وبين الضعفاء عنتر بكل امانة عندما كتبت عنتر تذكرت لبلب عندما فقع عنتر سبع اقلام علي وش لبلب كل قلم وقلم بيطرئع ظن عنتر انه قوي ظل يتمخطر بقوته دون عقل وظن في الجميع الغباء وهم بالفعل اللصوص يظنون انهم اصحاب فهلوه ولديهم عقول ويختارون الاوقات المناسبة للظهور ظنا منهم سوف يغيرون الحقيقة مجرد خيال لايمكن ان يتحقق وان تحقق اليوم غدا سوف يتكشف وتعود الحقيقة للظهور ..نقطه من اول السطر هي دايما البدايات ليست النهايات لأن ضميرنا المهني مرتبط ارتباط وثيق لما نراه من سلوك يتحول لظاهره وكما اكدنا من قبل نحن نمتهن الكتابة وشعارنا نحن لسان الشعب وضمير امته سعيا لنعيش في مجتمع مثالي
